Michael Civitella has over 30 years of food service experience from cooking to management. Michael has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and also did course work in the Hotel Restaurant program. Michael was born and raised in Easton where he resides with his wife Allison of 28 years, and together they have three children. Michael is currently the chairman of the Easton Zoning hearing board, where he has been a member for 25 years.
